Bulk questions
What's the minimum for bulk?
20 hats. Under 20? Our custom orders page has simple per-hat pricing.
How far ahead should we order?
Earlier is better for big runs. Put your event date in the form and we'll confirm the timeline before you commit.
Can each hat be personalized?
Yes. Along with your logo, we can add a name or initials to each hat, like the BMW driver hats.
What do you need for our logo?
A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF) is best. We'll send a proof of exactly how it will look before production.
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We invoice businesses directly. Let us know any PO or vendor setup you need.
Can we see a sample first?
Ask about a sample in your request and we'll work out the best option for your timeline.
Can I use any logo?
Only artwork you own or have permission to use. Band, sports team, brand, and school logos belong to their owners, so we can't put them on hats without the owner's okay, even for a one-time personal order. Your own business logo, original designs, and names or initials are always fine.
