Questions
What's the minimum?
One hat. Custom orders run 1–20 hats with set per-hat pricing and no setup fees.
How long does it take?
It depends on hat style and quantity. Put your date in the form and we'll confirm we can hit it before you pay.
What do I send for my logo?
A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF) is best, but a high-resolution PNG works. Don't have a logo? Send us the idea and we'll help.
Can every hat be different?
Yes. Names, dates, or initials on each hat work great for groomsmen and teams. Just tell us in the form.
Felt or straw?
Felt is the year-round classic. Straw is lighter for summer and outdoor events, and runs about a third less than felt. Pick "help me pick" in the form if you're not sure.
Can you put my school's logo on a hat?
School logos require official licensing, so we can only make collegiate hats for schools we're licensed with. Check the Shop for current drops.
Can I use any logo?
Only artwork you own or have permission to use. Band, sports team, brand, and school logos belong to their owners, so we can't put them on hats without the owner's okay, even for a one-time personal order. Your own business logo, original designs, and names or initials are always fine.
